Dear residents.
I am Seon-gyun Lee, chairman of Hongseong County Council.

First of all, I want to express my condolences to residents who are going through these difficult times of economic crisis and COVID-19.
Our normal everyday life we had seems even more precious because of this ongoing pandemic.

I sincerely want to visit and hold the hands of each and every one of you but it’s very unfortunate that this pandemic has taken away that opportunity and time for us to interact freely.

I understand the struggles you’re going through and I thank you so much for your sacrifice and contribution to the stabilization of this society and nation. I would like to ask for your continued support and cooperation in the future.

The 9th Hongseong County Council will try its utmost to make this crisis into a new opportunity.
We will try our best to offer safety and happiness to the residents.

We will bring stability to the council which has gone through a time of crisis and make this council that faithfully serves its residents.

“The strength of a nation is derived from the integrity of the home.” With my 10 fellow council members, I will try my utmost to serve the 100,000 residents of Hongseong County.

We promise you that we will make Hongseong a city where citizens are truly happy.
